Cómo funcionan las notas de préstamo:

Una nota de préstamo es donde los inversores ofrecen a los desarrolladores una forma alternativa de financiar su construcción. Opción 1 | Ingresos de 2 años :

Con este  Plazo de 2 años,  recibirá 11% NETO por año con pagos realizados cada 6 meses. Su capital inicial se reembolsa al final del plazo.

Opción 2 | Crecimiento de 2 años :

13,6% NETO por año si no acepta pagos  dentro de 2 años. Sus devoluciones y desembolso de capital inicial se reembolsan al final del plazo.

 

Opción 3 | Crecimiento de 4 años :

Un fuerte  15% NETO por año si opta por el plazo de 4 años. Sus devoluciones se pagan en su totalidad, junto con su capital inicial al vencimiento del plazo.
