Come funzionano le note di prestito:

Una nota di prestito è dove gli investitori offrono agli sviluppatori un modo alternativo di finanziare la loro costruzione. In cambio, gli investitori ricevono un rendimento molto più elevato per un periodo fisso e senza i problemi legati all'affitto e alla gestione di una proprietà. Questo è un investimento garantito da attività poiché Empire Property ha un portafoglio sostanziale per far sentire gli investitori a proprio agio.

Oltre a questo, c'è un regolamento FCA  sicurezza  fiduciario in sede.

Opzioni di reddito:

 

Opzione 1 | 2 anni di reddito :

Con questo  2 anni, tu  riceverà l'11% netto all'anno con pagamenti effettuati ogni 6 mesi. Il tuo capitale iniziale viene rimborsato alla fine del termine.

Opzione 2 | 2 anni di crescita :

13,6% NETTO all'anno se non si accettano pagamenti  entro 2 anni. I tuoi rendimenti e l'esborso di capitale iniziale vengono rimborsati alla fine del periodo.

 

Opzione 3 | Crescita di 4 anni :

Un forte  15% NETTO all'anno se si opta per il periodo di 4 anni. I tuoi ritorni vengono pagati per intero, insieme al tuo capitale iniziale alla scadenza del termine.
