How Loan Notes Work:

​

A loan note is where investors offer developer's an alternative way of funding their build. In return, Investors receive a much higher return for a fixed period and without any of the hassle involved in renting and managing a property. This is an asset backed investment as Empire Property have a substantial portfolio to make investors feel at ease.

On top of this, there is an FCA regulated security trustee in place.

Income Options:

 

Option 1 | 2 Year Income:

With this 2-year term, you will receive 11% NET per year with payments made every 6 months. Your initial capital is repaid at the end of the term.

Option 2 | 2 Year Growth:

13.6% NET per year if you take no payments within 2 years. Your returns and initial capital outlay is repaid at the end of the term.

 

Option 3 | 4 Year Growth:

A strong 15% NET per year if you opt for the 4 year term. Your returns are paid in full, along with your initial capital on the expiration of the term.
