Under UK regulations, this information is only available to individuals who can self-certify under one of the following categories:
High-Net-Worth Individual (HNW)
You can self-certify as a High-Net-Worth Investor if at least one of the following applies:

You hold £250,000 or more in net assets, excluding:

Self-Certified Sophisticated Investor
You can self-certify as a Sophisticated Investor if any of the following apply:

You are a member of a business angel network or syndicate

You have made more than one investment in an unlisted company in the past two years

You have worked in private equity or SME corporate finance in the last two years

You are a director of a company with turnover of £1m+ in the last two years
Simplified:
Experience with private investments or business ownership
(e.g. previously invested in companies, a company director, or work in finance/property)
